TAC (Taiwan Aquaculture Consortium)

TAC (Taiwan Aquaculture Consortium) was organized by HANAQUA TECH INC. in 2007 for the purpose of extending the application of aquaculture technologies to aquaculture development in the world. HANAQUA is mainly engaged in aquafeed business with the passion in aquaculture development that accordingly supports the TAC's operation.

 
 

The TAC member

TAC is basically a professional team consisted of various experts in whole spectrum of the activities in aquaculture industry. TAC members include field specialists and science researchers from hatchery; grow-out, processing plant and feed mill. TAC member bears a mind of precious characters as follows:

Options of Service Model

Package Service:

The Package Service will be based on a “Performance Guarantee” that the remuneration to the TAC team will be subject to the output of gross profit or cost improvement in the production handled by TAC management. In general, the project should be responsible for all payment of required direct cost which will include the manpower from TAC.

Commissioning Service:

On the basis of client’s request, TAC will take care of the specialist allocation and assignment. The service will be based on daily charge. The rate is negotiable and subject to the conditions.


In any type of service, the project should bear all expenses of the transportation, board and lodging and relevant items for TAC expats’ assignment to the project.

 

Steps of the Service Establishment

 

1.TAC would cooperate with the client who has appropriate concept value so as to obtain an efficient movement of the project implementation

2.TAC would conduct primary assessment on the service items and work load requested by client

3.TAC would conduct a field visit in due diligence

4.On basis of the need of client, both sides discuss and conclude the most optimal cooperation model

5.Sign a MOU or Letter of Intent

6.Plan the time schedule of the implementation

7.Allocate relevant personnel

8.Formal implementation of the project plan
