HANAQUA’s service includes aquafeed and seafood processing in the following ways： Turn-key/ OT (Operation & Transfer)/ Strategic Partner This practice can be applicable to either old and new aquafeed or seafood plant. Through the process of initial understanding, field diagnosis and detail negotiation, the operation could be regulated in the contract for an agreed period of time. In turn-key case, usually take 6 months to 12 months, while in OT case, it would take more than 4 years. Joint venture with our technology and/ or experience.

options of Service Model
 

(1) Package Service:

The Package Service will be based on a “Performance Guarantee” that the remuneration to the TAC team will be subject to the output of gross profit or cost improvement in the production handled by TAC management. In general, the project should be responsible for all payment of required direct cost which will include the manpower from TAC.

(2) Commissioning Service:

On the basis of client’s request, TAC will take care of the specialist allocation and assignment.

The service will be based on daily charge. The rate is negotiable and subject to the conditions. 

In any type of service, the project should bear all expenses of the transportation, board and lodging and relevant items for TAC expats’ assignment to the project.
